Approaching the one-way exit from the city, you must use the map at the start of the level. If you do this, you can “dock” up a line of skulking skeletons that respawn outside the city gates, which is a great way to enter the levels as well as a good way to obtain the Crafting upgrade from the Old Church Workshop. Once you are at the last gap between the city and the Wolfswood, use the map to get to the other side.
