Johnathon Maxwell Wrigley, 27, was arrested after he approached an undercover detective with the camera he used to make himself look disheveled and hoarse.
Police said Wrigley handed the detective $200 and said, “I’ll see you later.” The detective responded, “I’ll see you later too,” and walked away.
After the detective walked away, Wrigley turned around and yelled at the detective, “There ya go!” Police said he placed the money in his shirt pocket and walked away with the walker.
